What is Materia 37?

Materia 37 was born from a desire to move against the current, away from trends, formulas and the constant pressure to produce more.

After years spent between freelance work and agencies, we wanted to build the kind of studio we had been looking for ourselves: a creative practice with the freedom to develop its own point of view, without compromising its identity to fit what is expected.

We believe creativity needs space. Space to think, experiment, question and, sometimes, deliberately do things differently.

That means stepping away from the endless production of assets and choosing instead to create with intention.

Materia 37 is an independent creative studio working across technology, music, design and culture.

We create identities, products and experiences with a distinct point of view, developing ideas that are not made to follow the landscape, but to find a place of their own within it.
